We as a young firm strive to approach every project and design as a unique puzzle-set to solve along with a holistic solution in mind. Our practice currently encompasses a team that has evolved from a strong architectural background as the cornerstone of our practice and similar perspectives towards design and architecture.

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT / FOUNDER
Sandeep is a graduate of BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, and a Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture.
Having completed his training under architect Sujit Nair of SDEG at Bangalore and thereafter worked with Peddle Thorp Nadig Architects, Bangalore for several years on various typologies and scales of projects through which he has gained valuable exposure and proficiency in his domain. He has lived in diverse countries, such as India, South Africa, and Indonesia which has allowed him to explore extrinsic lifestyles and fully immerse himself in other languages and cultures. He strongly believes through experience that every place has something unique to offer and that we can learn or inspire from it. In totality, it has helped him to look at things from a global perspective and share a commonality in diversity. He has a strong belief that architecture involves the careful design of spaces to ensure maximum comfort to the user and the environment, to combine hands-on design knowledge and construction techniques to create spaces with a sense of place and comfort.
Ar. KARTHICA KALYANASUNDARAM

Karthica Kalyanasundaram is a Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture-India and a Sustainable Design Consultant. She graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture, London (M.Arch) course, where she specialized in Sustainable Environmental Design. Prior to that, she has been awarded (B.Arch) in Architecture from the National Institute of Technology-Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India.
She has a strong belief in Architectural design with its contextual climate. Throughout her career, she has been an active participant in independent projects which are driven by climate-responsive adaptations. Her Master Degree Thesis focuses on "Passive Design Strategies of Housing Clusters in the Tropics". She has been involved with Academics as a Guest Lecturer and Visiting Faculty with prestigious institutions in India such as Dayanandasagar University-Bengaluru, Vellore Institute of Technology-Vellore TN, and SAN Academy –Coimbatore, TN. Her professional experiences are from SUNDAR SUNDARAM ARCHITECTS, Coimbatore, and KGD-Architecture, Bengaluru. She has been actively involved in projects which are PASSIVE and CLIMATE RESPONSIVE under Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Residential, and Interior projects.

Gayathri Kalyanasundaram is a Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture, India, and an Urbanist. She graduated from the Architectural Association School of Architecture, London (M.Arch) course where she specialized in Housing and Urbanism. Prior to that, she has been awarded (B.Arch.) in Architecture from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu, India. She has a strong commitment towards architecture and urbanism, with particular interests in compact cities, mixed neighbourhoods, and housing strategies. Throughout her career, she has been an active participant in independent projects, urban seminars, and design workshops in places such as Brazil, India, and the UK. Her Master Degree Thesis focuses on Môn functional Enclaves and an Alternative model for Urban Sprawl. Her involvement with Academics and students keeps the mind fresh with an exchange of knowledge. She has been involved as a Guest Lecturer and Visiting Faculty with prestigious institutions in India such as the School of Architecture and planning- Chennai, Vellore Institute of Technology, Karpagam University, and SAN Academy -Coimbatore. Her professional experiences are from SUNDAR SUNDARAM ARCHITECTS, Coimbatore, and RSP Design Consultants, Bangalore. She has been actively involved in Large scale Master planning and Residential projects.

Jointly won LOUIS I KHAN Award twice at 24th and 25th NASA Convention. won many awards in state-level competitions in Art and Architecture. 4-year part-time work experience with Prof.HARIS, Dean of Studies, S.A.P, Anna University, Madras. A year experience with M/S Shankar and Associates, Coimbatore, and 6 months with C.R.Narayana Rao & consultants, Madras. 2 years of work experience with Architect Satish Grover, New Delhi, and Architect Satish Gujral, New Delhi. Obtained his post-graduation in the Master of Science in Disaster Mitigation from IIEE (Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment ), New Delhi
